Sci-Fi RTS Buildings - 3 Factions (Unity pack)

Sixteen buildings across three factions (Military, High-Tech, Organic). Each is a prefab with a LOD Group, a simple mesh collider and a PBR texture set per LOD. Showcase scene included.

URP Lit materials, 2048/1024/512 textures. Built and tested on Unity 6000.5. AI-assisted: models were generated with TRELLIS.2 (MIT) from original concepts, then cleaned, retopologised and textured by DVLCE.
